Christi Gimenez, Owner of Bayou City Travel
My name is Christi Gimenez. I became a travel agent because I love to travel and I love planning and organizing vacations. During my lifetime I've traveled extensively in the US. My favorite trips have been visiting Alaska, Maine, Washington DC, New York, Massachusetts, South Dakota, Tennessee, Colorado, Florida, and California. East Coast, West Coast, Southwest....I love it all! We also like to travel in our RV. Our RV trips have allowed us to see places that we might not normally go such as Mt. Rushmore, the Grand Canyon, remote areas in Colorado, and numerous beautiful state and national parks. I love adventurous trips. I have hiked/climbed the highest peaks in both Texas and New Mexico!
My family also loves to go to Walt Disney World in Orlando. My first trip to Walt Disney World was in 1975 when there was only Magic Kingdom. I was fairly young but I vividly remember riding Space Mountain. From that moment on I was hooked on roller coasters and could not wait to go back! Since that first trip, I have been able to return to Walt Disney World many times. When I go to Walt Disney World, I try to stay at a different Disney resort each time. I look forward to seeing something new every time I go. From the Value to the Deluxe Resorts, they are all fantastic. I would love to stay in each resort at least once! I am an avid runner and I've participated in four RunDisney races. I have also been on a Disney Cruise and to Disneyland in California.
My family also loves to go to Universal Studios Orlando. Universal has great thrill rides and of course, the Harry Potter areas are amazing!
With my love of traveling and all of my Disney experiences, I look forward to helping plan many magical vacations!
